Coastal Concierge Fees & Policies Our Personal Assistant Fee is $9.00 per 20 minute "unit" (one unit minimum) plus the cost of client-ordered goods/services from outside vendors. Payment by cash, Visa, MasterCard, local check or money order is due at the time of services, although special arrangements or discounts may apply. 24 hour advanced notice for service is standard. "Rush" service when possible. (Note: Coastal Concierge, and our authorized vendors are properly licensed, insured and bonded) Coastal Concierge strives to "keep it simple" in determining client fees. We charge $9.00 for each 20 minute "unit" for services that are performed directly by your Personal Assistant, like grocery or other types of shopping. The same fee is charged when we make arrangements, on your behalf, for the services of our vendors such as repair and maintenance persons, caterers, etc For example (only) purposes: "I need you to mow my big lawn next week while I'm on vacation." Coastal Concierge Personal Assistant .1 Unit @ $9.00ea Checks job site, schedules lawn worker, meets worker if needed, follows up on completion of the job, pays the lawn worker fee. Our subcontracted trusted lawn care vendor 2 hours @ $8.00ea Does the work, according to our instructions, to the satisfaction of your Personal Assistant. Provides receipt for your records. Total Fee Paid to Coastal Concierge ... $25.00 In short, you pay only for our time, the things we purchase for you and the standard charges..if any..from local service professionals. We'll provide you with one simple invoice to pay (with appropriate receipts attached) and that's it! We don't "nickel/dime" our clients with fuel, mileage, or other hidden fees in fine print.
